2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Promotional and flash-sale prices apply only for the displayed period. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error or stock unavailability.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping Information page and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of goods is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
